Use The Old Club Soda Trick
Using club soda to clean a red wine stain is one

washcloth over the wax and gently rub the heated

much as possible with a butter knife and then put
a paper towel on the rest.  Iron the paper towel
and the remaining wax will melt and be absorbed
by the paper.

Blood stains may not be inevitable, but they do
happen.  For dry blood stains, flake off as much
as possible with a knife using gentle, upward
strokes.  Then pour hydrogen peroxide directly on
the remainder of the stain, let it foam and then
dab it up with paper towels.
