A nice six pack is the hallmark of body fitness.
To get it, you must spend some time in the gym
and at the same time, take steps to ensure you
maintain a low percentage of body fat in the

The following is a simple two type abs weight
training program that will help you attain six
pack within the shortest duration possible. You

exercises three times in a week. Remember that

The Pike
For this exercise, you will have to lie face up,
palms facing down, with the legs straight and the
arms on your sides. You should then raise to 450
your torso and legs off the floor, such that your
body takes the V shape. Without rounding your
back, you can try to reach your hands together
with your legs to the highest point you can. This
exercise is tough but your main focus should be
contracting the abs in order to move your body.

Cable side Bend
In this exercise, you must combine exercise and
diet. The good thing with the exercise is that
you will get rewarded with six pack abs which
will be envied by all. To get into this exercise,
affix D handle to low-pulley cable then stand
with your left side facing the weight stack. With
your left hand you can grasp the handle and by
your side keep your arm, then on your hip place
the right hand. Slowly bend your body to the left
with your head facing forward. You can then
return to standing and again do the reps then
finally switch sides.
