NID 2017 was held on the 8th of January 2017.The
test was much on expected lines. The break up of
the test was 70 30 with 70 objective questions
and 30 for creative.

The breakdown
Figure counting (counting the number of
triangles, cubes, circles and surfaces in given
solids) Reading comprehension (1 passage with 3
questions and another with just one question)
Basic Arithmetic (averages 2 questions, ages
1 question) Basic General Knowledge (focused on
Nobel prizes and the area in which it was won in)

Creative section
Draw a poster on Incredible India depicting the
national bird / flower / tree and color Draw
the opposite of rock and write one line on it
Draw a mother holding a crying baby (along with
the background) Draw a zero gravity room along
with stuff that youd like to anchor to the
ground and why
