• The Canada immigration through express entry
  system has been significant in last six months.
  In last few express entry draws, the Immigration
  Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited
  a huge number of applicants (more than 2000 per
  draw) for the permanent residency in Canada.

1. EE Draw November 2, 2016

• It was the first time when Express Entry draw
  invitations went above 2000 mark. The Express
  entry Draw launched on November 2, 2016, invited
  2080 candidates for Canada PR with qualifying
  marks 472 points.

2. EE Draw November 16, 2016

• After crossing the milestone of 2000, on
  November 2, 2016, in the very next draw launched
  on November 16, 2016, IRCC set a new Express
  entry record by issuing 2427 invitations for PR.
  The number was achieved by just reducing the
  qualifying marks by 2 points compared to last
  draw, i.e. 470 points.

3. EE Draw December 23, 2016

• The EE Draws results hit the new milestone on
  December 23, 2016, as IRCC invited 2878
  candidates for Canadian permanent residency with
  qualifying marks being 475 points or more.

4. EE Draw- January 4, 2017

• The IRCC gave the new year gift to the express
  entry applicants eagerly waiting for their turn
  on January 4, 2017, by reducing qualifying marks
  to 468 points, which in turn set another record,
  i.e. 2902 Canada PR invitations in a single draw
  by IRCC.

5. EE Draw- January 11, 2017

• The EE Draws touch yet another milestone in the
  New Year on January 11, 2017 by crossing 3,000
  mark. The IRCC invited 3,334 candidates for
  Canada PR in this draw. The other key thing in
  the draw was CRS Score requirement of 459 points,
  which went below 460 mark first time in almost a
  year.
