Shaun L Hayes is the owner and operator of IVY
SOUTH LLC, a boutique real estate firm that
manages and leases multiple units of residential
and commercial real estate. He established the
firm in 2009 and has since purchased,
rehabilitated, and sold more than ten real estate
properties. They all resulted in a substantial
net profit. He also manages multiple rental
properties with an average ROI (Return on
Investment) of 17.

Shaun Hayes is also a skilled attorney with more
than eleven years of extensive experience in the
field of law. His dedication and commitment to
customer service helped him secure favourable
outcome for many clients. These traits prove
useful for him even in a business environment.

Shaun has attended some of the top Universities
in the North Carolina. In 1999, he attended
Appalachian State University and obtained his BS
in Criminal Justice, Assoc. in Political
Science., and got 3.88 GPA. In 2003, he attended
University Of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
School Of Law to do his J.D.(Juris Doctorate) Law
Degree and passed NC Bar on first attempt. On
December 17th, 2016, Shaun graduated from
Methodist University with an MBA (Masters in
Business Administration) with a GPA of 3.78. He
was inducted into Delta Mu Delta, an
International Business Society recognizing the
top of his class profile.

services. He is a member of Scottish Rite (Valley
of Greensboro NC) and Russells Grove Baptist
Church.
