The holiday season has begun and now is the time
where business owners, companies, and
corporations start planning and preparing for
their holiday parties.

It is important to not wait until the last
minute otherwise, you may run into an issue with
several of your employees unable to attend due to
other holiday commitments.

Step 1 Pick a Date and Time Even if you do not
yet have a venue selected, you need to let your
employees know the date and time of the company
holiday party. Ask employees to RSVP with a head
count for their spouses, partners, and children.

declining, take the time to find out why. If it
is because they have another commitment, you may
want to consider and alternative date so you have
a bigger turn out.
