Westminster Hotel, Livingston, New Jersey

Amy Cimber is a proven Senior Events Manager who
has worked for various Venues, Catering
Companies, and an AV Company. She has also worked
with Westminster Hotel, which is a one-of-a-kind
boutique hotel located in Livingston, New Jersey.

In 2008, she joined the Westminster Hotel as a
Senior Manager of Special Events. She was
responsible for event sales, concept, design,
production, layout and flow.

She managed all types of events for Kraft Foods,
Prudential, Novartis from seminars, lectures
to two week long conferences. After working at
this position for almost a year a half, Amy
joined as a Project Manager at In Thyme Catering/
Florentine Gardens.

In 2013, Amy Cimber once again joined Westminster
Hotel, but this time as a Project Manager and
Events Producer. Her responsibilities included
end to end planning for weddings, corporate
events, and non profits implementing strong
creative instincts sound business judgment for
all events.

She also led other event planners, wait staff,
and vendors from development, execution post
event analysis. She used her fourteen years of
event protocol knowledge for planning excellent
events.

Amy Cimber is an Event Management Certificate
holder from the Art Institute. She was on the
Deans List with a 4.0 GPA. Currently, she is
pursuing her MBA on-line with the University of
Massachusetts Amherst.
