    behaviour.

  • Cognitive appraisal (Richard Lazarus)
  • Individual are affected by the environment.
  • Environment produces stressors.
  • Primary appraisal stage includes finding meaning
    of situation.
  • Secondary appraisal where person is not able to
    identify what should be done with the situation.
