Happiness is a goal we want to achieve every day
and struggle to achieve it. Our nature is
happiness. In reality, we are not trying to
find happiness in life, we're trying to reconnect
with our true selves, of which the frequency of
bliss is a part.

No human word can truly describe sensations of a
true self. They are beyond human expression.
Happiness in life is the one feeling which we
all want. When we are happy we are carefree and
less stressed. Seeing the happiness of your
loved ones makes you happy. Happiness gives
meaning to one's life, which would otherwise seem
like a waste.

No one knows what's the real purpose of life, and
maybe we will never know. Thus to avoid living
a hollow and purposeless life, we have come up
with a 'purpose' which is to be happy and do what
you want to do. And well, who doesn't like
happiness in life? It's much better than
sadness. If you think that you have a better
purpose, please do go fulfil it.

What can we do to be happy? 1. And never
expect anything from either this world or people
2. Be satisfied with what you have.
3. Be optimistic. 4. Always try
something different and adventurous 5.
Accept the challenges of life with full
enthusiasm. 6. Enjoy your victories and
at the same time learn from failures.

Happiness cannot be defined in words, it could
only be experienced. So do not go searching for a
definition of happiness there already are too
many definitions to remember.

Just let happiness in life be as it is and
experience it. We all know what it means to be
happy and sad too.
