Development
The concepts for the film to create a viable
script is born from various sources like
a book,
a play
a true stories
other movies or original ideas
A distributor will be consulted, a screenplay is
developed and a pitch is presented to potential
directors.
Once a pitch is approved, the movie is given the
go signal for production.

Pre-Production

• This is the preparation phase of the film.
• All the planning takes place before the camera
  rolls and sets the overall vision of the movie.
• A schedule is drawn , budgets are allocated,
  storyboards created and the cast and crew are
  also recruited at this stage.

  preparing.

Production

• The execution of carefully crafted plans made in
  pre-production and designed in development.

• The actual shooting of the movie happens.

Post-Production

• The movie is edited and polished.
• Scenes are cut or shortened, final sound mix
  created and the voice recordings synchronized.
• Special effects added, including the opening
  titles and the closing credits
• The movie is locked. Now, the final cut is ready
  for printing, duplication and distribution.

Distribution

• Releasing the movie into theaters and DVDs does
  not only contribute to distribution process.
• It also involves promotion via press interviews,
  film showings and/or be distributed via various
  platforms such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and HBO
  etc.
