• Zak's Commercial and Zak's Building are now using
  screw piles for both commercial and residential
  buildings
• This reduces the time required to set a
  foundation before construction begins or before
  we bring in one of our beautiful RTMs
• Screw piles are foundation structures that act
  like footings that can handle the weight of even
  large multi-storey commercial buildings

  than traditional concrete footings or
  foundations.
• This lower costs and less downtime waiting for
  foundations to be poured and inspected.

• There's no limit to where Screw Piles can be
  used.
• They are installed below the frost line and can
  be installed in any condition, except for frost.

SUSTAINABILITY

• Screw Piles can be removed, moved and reused.
• Unlike traditional dug-in basements, Screw Piles
  are minimally damaging to the landscape and can
  be removed cleanly and reused if the building is
  demolished.
