He holds NYS Security License, 8 and 16 Hours
Security Certified, CPR and First Aid Certified,
and Fire Guard Certified professional. He
completed training at the New York City Police
Academy to become a Police Officer. Paul Iulo
worked with Metropolitan Arts and Antiques in New
York as a Security Supervisor/Fire Guard License
Holder. At this company, he had several

- Managing and overseeing the full scope of
security operations ensuring safe and organized
events. - Supervising and directing over 15
employees and several security subcontractors. -

Inspecting fire extinguishers, sprinklers
systems, emergency lights, standpipes, exit ways,
and construction areas on daily, monthly and
quarterly basis. - Maintaining all logs
associated with Mount Sinai Medical Center
activities.

- Conducting fire and evacuation drills. Testing
and maintaining fire alarm systems. - Applying
NFPA and FDNY building codes to a medical
facility encompassing 12 buildings. - Responding
to all fire and trouble alarms and malfunctions
and investigating all odors including gas and
smoke.
