  • Peeing is one of the basic activities of
    survival, but a problem with the same can be
    devastating. Pain or burning sensation in your
    urinary organs while relieving yourself, urge to
    frequently visit the washroom, inability to
    control urine flow before being fully ready to
    urinate, and blood in the urine, are some of the
    major problems that both men and women face some
    time or the other in their lives.

Yoga For Urinary Frequency
  • Urinary frequency is the urge to urinate
    frequently. The quantity of urine that is
    excreted is often found to be less but the
    sensation to urinate remains even immediately
    after voiding, causing much discomfiture. 
    Frequent urination is a symptom of some internal
    disorder.

Injury to your genital region due to accidents or
during childbirth can lead to urinary problems.
Exercises that increase the blood flow to the
region can be performed. Viparita Karani (Legs Up

improve blood flow to your genitals. This
exercise can be easily performed by lying on the
bed and raising your legs up against the wall and
allowing the blood to flow into your genitals.
