CRANKSHAFT
  • Crankshaft manufacture begins with either a solid
billet of our own specification 722M24 or other
  • commercially available aerospace grade steels. We
also machine from free-issue forgings and
    castings
  • for pre-production runs. Depending upon your
project requirements a variety of heat treatments
    including stabilising,
  • hardening and tempering and gas nitriding can be
    utilised.
  • Its features are Range of high quality steels,
Fully machined,Full client control ,Custom orders
    ,
  • 100 magnaflux tested ,Dynamically balanced.

CONNECTING RODS
  • Connecting rods are used in numerous situations,
most commonly in the engines of automobiles.
  • Connecting rods connect the crankshaft to the
pistons and are necessary for the proper
functioning of an internal combustion engine.
  • The purpose of a connection rod is to provide
fluid movement between pistons and a crankshaft.
  • Connection rods are widely used in vehicles that
are powered by internal combustion engines.
  • All cars and trucks that use this type of engine
employ the use of connecting rods.

4
PISTON
  • Most car engines have four cylinders. Inside
these cylinders is where you find the pistons.
The pistons move up and down inside these
    cylinders through fuel combustion.
  • Fuel is injected into the cylinder and then
combusted, forcing the piston to go down.
  • The combustion is done at a very fast interval in
    all cylinders.
  • The piston is connected to a connecting rod which
is then connected to the crankshaft. The
crankshaft is designed to convert the up and down
motion of the pistons to a rotating motion.
  • The downward movement of one piston will force
another piston to go up, thus,
  • continuing the up and down motion of pistons and
then producing the rotating movement of the
    crankshaft.
