About International Realty Group
International Realty Group in Cayman Islands was
established by Jeremy Hurst in 1994 having worked
in the Cayman Real Estate market, which including
these commercial, development and luxury
residential property sectors, since he arrived in
Cayman in 1988. Prior to that, he worked in the
UK commercial Property industry having earned a
BSc. Honours degree in land development studies
at University College London (UCL). International
Realty Group is the Cayman Islands affiliate
member of the Global Knight Frank network and a
member of The Leading Real Estate Companies of
the World and Luxury Portfolio networks.

regularly with the leading commercial and
corporate services property groups including
CBRE, JLL and Cushman Wakefield. International
Realty Group has been a proud member of the
Cayman Islands Real Estate and Brokers
Association (CIREBA) since 1997 and members of
its management team have sat on the CIREBA Board
since 2000. Jeremy Hurst has served as Vice
President of CIREBA since 2005 from 2008 to 2011
and is was currently Chairman of CIREBAs
Complaints and Penalty Board during his term of
office as Vice President.
