• The Arduino Uno is a microcontroller board based
  on the ATmega328 ."Uno" means one in Italian and
  is named to mark the upcoming release of Arduino
  1.0. It has 14 digital input/output pins , 6
  analog inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator, a USB
  connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a
  reset button. It contains everything needed to
  support the microcontroller simply connect it to
  a computer with a USB cable or power it with a
  AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.

• This is a very popular LCD Keypad shield for
  Arduino and other variants. It includes a 2x16
  LCD display and 1 momentary push reset buttons.
  Pins 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 and 12 are used to interface
  with the LCD. Just one Reset Pin is used to reset
  the circuit. The LCD shield supports contrast
  adjustment functions.This design is great since
  easily connect with the Arduino. Often project
  applications require testing or debugging.
  Displaying information right away help on most
  occasions when a computer is not at reach.
