Every country in the world possess its own food
profile. It reflects its culture and environment.
In Thailand, people not only pay attention to how
a dish tastes but also are concerned about how it
looks, how it smells and how it fits in with the
rest of the meal. In 2011, seven of Thailands
popular dishes made it to the list of the Worlds
50 Most Delicious Foods. Thai cuisine is mostly
described as four regional cuisines,
corresponding to the four main regions of the
country like Central Thai, Northeastern Thai,
Northern Thai and Southern Thai. Thai dishes use
a wide range of herbs, spices.

1. Pad Thai
Pad Thai is a dish in which noodles are dressed
with tofu, bean sprouts, onion and few other
ingredients. It is a very popular Thai dish. It
is a dinner participation meal. People add on
sugar, chili powder and crushed peanuts for
finishing touches.

2. Noodle Soup Kuay Tiew
This noodles soup is a quick and easy staple of
the Thai eating experience. Variations in
ingredients mean ten different vendors could
serve it ten different ways making it deserving.
In this dish noodles are usually thin which are
served in broth with vegetables or as per your
choice with any edible meat.
This is the national aroma of Thailand.
Lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal and shallots
provide the memorable smells. The flavor is
unique combination of spicy hot and sour paired
with rice which can be an ideal start to a meal.

It is a very well-known and refreshing soup. In
this dish boiled chicken combines coconut milk
with lemongrass. It is sweet, tame twist on the
tom yam goong.
It is a spicy papaya salad which comes from
northeast Thailand. It has slight regional
differences in ingredients as in placement on the
sweet-or-sour scale may vary between restaurants.
It is shredded green papaya and a healthy dose of
heat.
