• All plasticizers and the superplasticizers by
  themselves shows certain extent of retardation.
• Retarders are mixed with plasticizers or
  superplasticizers at the time of commercial
  production.
• Such commercial brand is known as RETARDING
  PLASTICIZERS OR RETARDING SUPERPLASTICIZERS.
