    email was appeared it has made our life simple as
    its an immediate medium.

    we had to write long letters, get it print and
    then deliver it personally. Sometimes need to
    send it through post and get into tedious
    process. But during that time, because of long
    procedures we used to spend time in writing
    proper letter with correct punctuation. On the
    other hand, Email needs no stamp, no postal
    address but just a click!

Today, we send mails to employees, employer for
small needs but along with this we should
understand the need of business email etiquettes.
Email is faster technology which gives us time to
be more efficient and productive. Email serve as
a platform which can either make or break your
business, it helps in building trust and
confidence. So, while writing business emails we
should keep some points mentioned in below Slides

  • Subject Subject should be clear and brief.
  • Level of formality Business mails are formal in
    nature, we should also use company letterhead all
    the times so as to create brand image.
  • Addressing we should address respective person
    with highest level of courtesy.
  • To, From, Cc, Bcc should be written carefully.

  • Attachments should be made for references.
  • We should enclose previous emails conversation.
  • Signature should be proper and should limit to
    maximum 5-6 lines
