Gm Diet Day 1
In breakfast you can eat a platter of fruits like
melons and papaya. These fruits are so healthy
and nutritious that you do not feel hungry before
the lunch. In lunch you can go for watery fruits
as these are easy to digest. In dinner you can
eat stomach full as you have enough hours until
next morning breakfast. Better go for half a bowl
of mangoes, melons and kiwis and 2-3 glasses of
water.

On day two, you can eat any vegetable of your
choice. Try to focus on food items which will put
less pressure on your digestive system. Starting
with breakfast you can go for baked potato or
sweet potato. In lunch you can eat salad made
from cucumber, cabbage and lettuce topped with
olive oil or vinaigrette. In dinner you can pick
from a list of heavy veggies like cucumber,
lettuce, broccoli and cabbage. Eat enough that
you do not feel hungry during mid night.

By now your body must have started to show some
changes according to your diet schedule in past
two days. Considering this change, keep your
breakfast on lighter side. Eat fruits like apple
or melon. Drink 2-3 glasses of water in case you
had melon. Repeat your lunch as day 2. During
dinner, you can have boiled veggies and some
fruits like apple or watermelon.

At breakfast, you can take cereal with skimmed
milk and banana. During lunch, you can dig into
soup made from tomato and cabbage stew. You can
end the day with banana shake or veggie soup.

Begin day five with some soup and braised beef to
keep your stomach calm till lunch. You can go for
a hamburger during lunch, which is not fried but
baked. Drink 2-3 glasses of water to avoid excess
of uric acid inside your body. During dinner, you
can have some tomatoes and beef soup.

Stew or saute some veggies and eat them as your
breakfast. During dinner, you can have a combo of
beef and veggies except potatoes. Go for
hamburger and vegetable soup during dinner. Do
not forget to drink enough water. You can eat

For breakfast, you can have boiled rice or fruits

water to retain energy during the day. On the
lunch table, you can combine brown rice and
