  sleek LEED certified home on Vancouvers North
  Shore.

• The builder, Steve Hoiles of Surfside Projects,
  has relocated to California, where he continues
  to build progressively designed houses that
  combine green building practices and eco-friendly
  materials with creative design concepts.

• A recent project is the Mellow Yellow House in
  Encinitas.

  as well creating more visual interest, instead of
  just looking at the side of the neighbor's house.
  The hardwood flooring was installed to butt right
  up against the window frame.
