• Justin Krashefski is a fitness fanatic. The
  South Florida native begins each day with a run
  around his neighborhood and continues to exercise
  throughout the day. In addition to running, he
  enjoys biking, boxing, weight lifting and going
  for a swim in the Atlantic Ocean. Whether it is
  in the gym or out in his beautiful south Florida
  surroundings, Krashefski values his daily
  workouts.

• For the past four years, Krashefski has been
  working as a personal trainer, encouraging his
  clients to achieve the best results possible. He
  develops his own workout programs that are
  inspired by his five years of service in the U.S.
  Coast Guard, which required him to complete
  rigorous total body workouts daily. These
  workouts have proved successful for his clients,
  but he wants to help them even further.

• In addition to his work as a personal
  trainer, Justin Krashefski is also a student at
  Florida Atlantic University. There, he is in
  pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Exercise
  Science and Health Promotion. Particularly
  interested in the affects of diet and nutrition
  on athletic performance and psychological
  disposition, he is getting a better understanding
  of how to develop effective diet plans for his
  clients. Confident that these plans will help
  maximize their results, Krashefski wants to open
  a fitness and lifestyle studio where he can
  develop comprehensive diet and exercise plans
  tailored to his clients individual needs. He
  plans to open this business after finishing his
  degree in the next couple years.
