  check if too much heat is going up the chimney.
  If it is, install a barometric flue damper

• You can reduce fuel use by installing a lower
  gallon per hour nozzle to an oil fired appliance

• A modulating aquastat detects the outdoor
  temperature and can regulate the temperature of
  water boilers accordingly

• A time delay relay can help you get the most heat
  out of your boiler without running it. After a
  set time, the boiler fires automatically.
