"Secretary of Defense," a national Fox News
personality and an American hero during Marine
Corps Marathon weekend from Thurs, Oct. 23 to
Sat., Oct 25, 2014 at the D.C. Armory. "We are
super-excited to have Col. David Hunt from Fox
News, two-time Super Bowl Champion, Dexter Manley
a.k.a. the 'Secretary of Defense,' and Capt.
Jason Haag from K9s for Warriors with his service
dog Axel, supporting our booth at the MCM Health
and Fitness Expo," said Military Benefit
Association president, Roy L. Gibson. "This great
group of celebrities is excited about meeting and

MBA will be raffling off an autographed Jesse
Owens collage for any attendee who is eligible to
sign up for a free ten-thousand dollar accidental
death and dismemberment insurance policy. Visit

memorabilia item. Eligible personnel include
active military, Nationals Guardsman, Reservists,
veterans, government service professionals and
their spouses. Founded in 1956, by military
members, this non-profit association, Armed
Forces Enlisted Personnel Benefit Association,
sponsored term life insurance programs. Through
sustained success the company changed their name
to Military Benefit Association

meet attendees from 1100 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sat.,
Oct 24, 2014 with Dexter Manley following on
Sat., Oct 25, 2014 from 230 p.m. to 430 p.m.
"Having a presence at the third largest U.S.
marathon is close to home for the MBA family.
Supporting military-centric or government-centric
events is important to our company values," said

great race!" This is the thirty-ninth running
of the Marine Corps Marathon in the nation's
capital. The weekend kicks off on Thurs., Oct. 23
2014 with the Health Exposition and continues
through the end of the race on Sun., Oct. 26
2014. The health exposition will be held in the
Washington, D.C. Armory located at 2001 East
Capitol Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003. The
armory is accessible by Metrorail, Metrobus and
two major highways. Parking is available but
limited on the armory grounds. MBA is a
