become a Chief of Staff at the age of 27, the
youngest Chief of Staff to ever serve on Capitol
Hill. Neil Dhillon spent five years serving as
the top aide to Congressman Bob Matsui, a highly
influential member of Congress. Neil served as
the Congressmans most trusted advisor and
legislative counselor on Matsuis House Ways and
Means Committee focused on tax reform, trade,
health care, and Social Security. As Chief of
Staff, Neil Dhillon had a very large set of
responsibilities, including managing both the
Washington and California operations.
