In his childhood, Ron Eakes lived at a farm in
Western Kansas with his other ten siblings. He
spent almost all his childhood and youth in
Kansas. He studied from South Western Heights
School and graduated in 1977. In 1979, he
enrolled at Dodge City Community College in order
to complete a degree course. This college is
counted amongst the finest in the country and has
earned great reputation in the region. They offer
sports as well as academic opportunities for the
welfare of their students.

Ron also participated in numerous sports
activities which were offered by the college.
Some of the most popular sports in this college
include baseball, basketball, soccer, golf,
volleyball, and softball. They also have their
own athletics teams which is known as Conqs. In
addition to this, Ron Eakes also joined Dale
Carnegie Course. This course is created by Dale
Breckenridge Carnegie that helps the students to
attain self confidence, improve the communication
skills, and develop leadership qualities.

level of stress among the students. Carnegie
himself was a popular lecturer and writer who
developed effective self-improvement courses and
wrote various books in order to make positive
chances in the personality of people. Ron Eakes
started Mid Plains Construction in 1979 with the
prime aim to offer the leading construction
services in and around the region. It is a fully
established construction company which is a
popular choice of people for all kinds of
construction services. This company deals with a
variety of clients and offer them the best
services in all of Kansas area.

The company offers construction services for
grain storage, builds steel buildings both for
commercial and agricultural use, hospitals,
schools, and churches along with some other
commercial projects. Mid Plains Construction has
grown rapidly and presently, it offers full time
employment to over 70 workers. On the other hand,
he is the owner of three ready mix plants and
also holds a partnership in two large scale
dairies. On the personal front, Ron Eakes
actively participates in numerous community
services. He is also an honorable member of many
organizations that include Save the Children,
Church Council, American Cancer Society, etc.
