Stress is normal in any workplace but extreme
stress can affect with your productivity. And
stress will also disturb your physical and
emotional health as well as your ability to
handle stress will have an impact in the
difference between success and failure.

  • Not everything is in our hands in our work
    environment we cannot control everything, having
    said that, it doesnt mean that you are entirely
    powerless even when stuck in a difficult
    situation. Discovering means to manage workplace
    stress is not about making big changes or
    reconsidering career ambition. There is just one
    sole thing that is always within your control and
    that is yourself, you must rather focus on
    yourself.
