• Brandon Colker is a trained chef, who has been
  successfully running a Pastry shop in Paris for
  the past fifteen years. Being born to parents,
  who were food enthusiasts and owned a restaurant,
  choosing the culinary profession was not
  difficult for him. Brandon was inclined towards
  cooking since his childhood. As a small child, he
  would often help his parents in the kitchen and
  spend hours listening about different cuisines.

• As he matured, his desire to pursue cooking as a
  professional grew stronger. And so after
  completing his high school education, he went on
  to attend one of the most reputed catering
  colleges in Italy. During his graduation, he
  learnt about a variety of International cuisines,
  including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Chinese,
  Lebanese, Mediterranean, and many more.

• During these years, he realized that it was
  baking and making pastries that he enjoys the
  most. So, after completing his catering course,
  he enrolled in a Pastry and Baking Arts Program.
  The program helped him learn different baking
  techniques preparing breads various other
  yeast-raised doughs cake decorating,filling,
  icing and a lot more.

• After successfully completing his in-class
  training, Brandon Colker worked in many top
  restaurants in the world. Although he always had
  the option to work in his father's restaurant, he
  wanted to build an identity of his own without
  the support of anyone. So, he chose to work in
  other hotels and restaurants rather than his
  father's.

• Owing to his hard work and dedication, today he
  has managed to earn a great reputation in the
  food industry and has a pastry shop of his own.
