Divy Amin think that the perfect way to perform
both cardio and weight training would be on
different days which means you can do one in the
morning and another one in the evening so that
you can have the maximum benefits of both these
forms of exercise simultaneously. You can do one
followed by the other anytime and the second one
will suffer at least a little. If thats not
possible, then it comes down to a question of
your goals and priorities.

According to Divy Amin, if youre trying to gain
muscle mass, then performing cardio after weight
training is not usually a perfect idea, as the
more low your muscle fuel becomes, the more
protein youre body will use as fuel. After
almost an hour of intense exercise, protein may
provide up to 10 of the fuel used, compared to
the 1 to 2 it usually offers. This is the
opposite of what you want for muscle building. To
get strength, you need your body to shift into
repair and rebuild mode as quickly as possible
after your weight training, and the ideal way for
this to happen is to have a proper diet instead
of performing cardio.

are trying to lose fat and maintain the muscle
you have, then performing cardio after weight
training can be a brilliant strategy. The amount
of energy contributed by fat increases after a
fair amount of time of exercise, and since weight

surely rise the amount of fat your body uses for
the cardio. It is also a true thing that as more
fat is being used to fuel the exercise, the less
work youll be able to put out, and the fewer
total calories youll burn.
