  of the pelvis.
• Pelvic floor physiotherapy/KEGEL EXERCISES is an
  exercise designed to help strengthen pelvic floor
  through muscle contractions and help prevent
  problems such as early piles, constipation,
  urinary and fecal incontinence and prolapsed
  uterus. Learning to relax the pelvic via
  physiotherapy can ensure the prevention of
  surgery altogether.
• Minimum 2-4 sessions per month are important and
  also essential. Consultation time-15-20 minutes.
