  • Establish the key issues associated with being in
    the world of international work
    placement-experiential learning and cultural
    integration.
  • Review the relationship between the key drivers
    of trans-national mobility and the students
    identity of self.
  • Made recommendations based on the learning
    outcomes of this study

  • The culinary arts student valid population sample
    was N 44 consist of 30 female and 13 male. A
    sample of n 26 was obtained from the year 2007
    students, 18 female and 8 male. The 2006 year
    sample consist of n 18, consisting of 13 female
    and 5 male.

  • This research indicates that students go through
    a four stage process during the internship
    forming, storming, norming and conforming
