    RDS/TMC, the Member States should if not

  • (1) agree at the national level on a strategy and
    time schedule for implementation of RTTI
    services, starting from RDS/TMC, covering as good
    as possible both inter-urban and urban areas,

    safety-related service features of TMC, building
    on the already existing, standardised European
    format for the data, messaging and transmission
    standards,

    existing public data for the provision of
    RTTI-services and to establish additional

    on the extend of the public (free of charge)
    services and the conditions for the commercial
