WHAT IS STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES?
  • Accept Payments for tuition and other university
    charges.
  • Disburse Financial Aid, deduct tuition and other
    university charges, and refund remainder if
    available.
  • Process Florida Prepaid and other third party
    billings including US military, international
    agencies and state agencies.

  • Bills are available through Blackboard upon
    registration.
  • The Drop / Add period does not allow for timely
    invoices.
  • Online Account Statement shows all current
    charges.

THE BAD NEWS
  • A late fee of 100 may be assessed if payment is
    received past the deadline.
  • Student schedules are subject to cancellation if
    payment is not received by deadline. A late
    registration fee of 100 and a late payment fee
    of 100 will be charged to all cancelled
    schedules.
  • All classes added after the drop/add period must
    be paid within five calendar days.

  • FUNDS ARE DISBURSED ON THE 5TH DAY OF CLASSES.
  • FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED.
  • REFUNDS CAN BE PROCESSED ELECTRONICALLY.

ACCOUNT REFUND SETUP
  • Federal Regulations require that all students
    authorize FSU to release their respective
    financial aid awards to pay all University
    tuition and fees.
  • REFUND OPTIONS
  • to FSUCard-SunTrust bank account, please open
    account before fourth day of class.
  • or mailed via check, please update address each
    semester.

  • Account is free.
  • Students FSUCard is also their ATM/Debit Card.
  • FSUCard funds are securely transferred and
    available the same day financial aid checks are
    mailed.

HOW IT WORKS
  • Billings are automatically entered, you will not
    need to show us your Florida Prepaid card.
  • Two different tuition programs Standard and
    Local Fee Programs.
  • Both plans do not pay per credit hour mandatory
    fees.
  • All remaining balances due by tuition payment
    deadline at the end of the second week of
    classes.
