2005 House of Delegates Resolution
  • Resolution 2
  • Be it resolved That Standard Regional programs
    be planned, developed and conducted following
    the examples of the identified successful
    Regional programs and further that SWCS officers
    be responsible to monitor such Regional programs
    to insure that the membership across Regions and
    Chapters is being served as intended and as
    needed by the approved Regional guidelines.

    membership targets.
