Citizenship

• A person who lives in a community is a citizen.
• You are a citizen of the community where you
  live, go to school, or work.

• People everywhere belong to communities. A
  community is a group of people who live or work
  together in the same place.

Rules

• Citizens in a community follow the same rules. A
  rule says what must or must not be done. Rules
  keep a community safe and peaceful.

• A responsibility is something a citizen should
  take care of or do. Each citizen, or person, has
  a responsibility to make the community a good
  place in which to live.
