    fat milk, your favorite fruit and blend until
    smooth)
  • Chocolate low fat milk
  • Fruit salad (just cut up your favorite fruits
    into a bowl)

  • Ants on a log (celery sticks with peanut butter
    or low fat cream cheese and raisins on top)
