Election Communication
Ladies Gentlemen As said these are not normal
times. I am appealing to your conscience, which I
hope doesnt seem too quaint, in this day and
age. Ill continue to do so for a little while
longer To reiterate what are now well
established facts 1. There was no (friendly)
relationship between the former Iraqi
Administration and Osama bin Laden. In fact, ObL
had earlier called for the overthrow of the
Hussein regime - he got his wish, thanks to his
former sponsors, the Americans - and with Tonys
help. 2. Iraq had nothing to do with terrible
attacks on the US in Sept. 2001. 3. There was no
terrorism in Iraq prior to the illegal
invasion. 4. US foreign policy seems to be
largely based on a document in which such
luminaries as the US Deputy Secretary of Defense
Paul Wolfowitz, and other high rankers in the
Bush Administration had a hand Rebuilding
Americas Defenses, to be found at
http//www.newamericancentury.org/ - which has
drawn comparisons to Hitlers Mein
Kampf. Regrettably in some ways, most people are
too busy these days than to do other than largely
accept mainstream newspapers, TV and radio news
accounts of current events. This wouldnt be too
bad if not even more regrettably, these days,
these tend to follow Government pronouncements as
though they must be nearly always accurate and
truthful (there are exceptions, as the graphic in
this communication illustrates). The main
concerns of the majority of people rightly and
understandably revolve around the problems and
hopefully sometimes the pleasures of their own
day to day lives. Nevertheless, in systems that
purport to be democratic, the people bear
responsibility for the Governments they elect -
unlike the Iraqis, who have suffered terribly,
owing to the excesses of foreign Governments
they didnt elect. Remember The Iraq war has
cost your constituency more then 7 million
and counting
Perhaps the most important one you may ever
receive
Voting for any Labour MP even those that voted
anti-war, is a vote for Tony Blair
Estimated Iraq war cost 4.7 billion 646 Consti
tuencies 7,275,542 per Constituency
This man has robbed your Constituency of more
than 7 million - and rising
In all conscience, can you do it?
Even if youve been rock solid Labour for most or
all of your life? ( which is doubtful that Tony
Blair ever has been at heart )
Please be so good as to read on and thank you
for your time

Kofi Annan, Secretary General of the United
Nations, on the Iraq war it was illegal.
Ladies Gentlemen In normal times, foreign
policy isnt typically a great factor in the
election decisions of the electorate. These are
not normal times. Britains Labour leadership
waged unprovoked war based on forgery, lies, and
pretexts that seemed to change nearly as often as
the Sun rises. As a result tens of thousands
(expert estimates around 100,000 total) of
Iraqis have been killed, untold numbers maimed
and even more traumatised for life (but we
dont do body counts ). A main conclusion of
the Nuremberg Tribunal following WW II was that
the ultimate war crime is the waging of
unprovoked war. This is exactly what Tony Blair
has done. Moreover if you or I cooked up lies,
forgeries, and fake pretexts, that we knew with
absolute certainty would result in the deaths of
British troops, then you (or I) would rightly end
up in the dock accused of treason. This is
exactly what Tony Blair has done. The Labour
Party has absolutely proved itself incapable of
reforming itself from the complete control
freakishness of Tony Blair. 90 of Tory MPs
voted for the war, compared to Labours 62 so
there seems to be no answer there. The Lib-Dems,
Plaid Cymru and the SNP voted 100 anti-war -
honourable positions. Your MP voted anti-war /
pro-war ltdelete inapplicablegt But if youve been
solid Labour, as this writer, and the Lib-Dems
seem to to have too small a chance, or you
understandably have other reasons not to want to
vote for them, then the alternative to voting for
a continuing war crime, and possibly more on the
horizon, as well as arguably a treasonous
administration, is to vote Independent Labour, or
near equivalent, such as George Galloways
RESPECT Coalition, or other self-declared
Independent Labour candidate. Remember The Iraq
war has cost your constituency more then 7
million and counting
Voting for even an anti-war voting Labour MP is
a vote for Blair
Moreover
Just what have the anti-war voting Labour MPs
done since? 1. Contributed to Tony Blairs
standing ovation at the 2004 Labour Party
Conference (political journalist and author
George Monbiot reasonably reckons that a slow
handclap to prevent Blair from speaking
would have been the end of him) 2. All refused to
sign up to the independent initiative to impeach
Blair (or to remain signed up to it) instead
of owning that initiative from the
beginning. 3. Left it up to a fringe Labour group
to bring a resolution to Conference to set a
date for troops out of Iraq - again instead
of this being their own initiative. The
resolution was quashed behind closed
doors. In other words, theyve done bugger
all. Have they not therefore shed all the honour
that their initial anti-war votes conferred?
Tam Dalyell, Labour MP, and Father of the House
of Commons, concerning Tony Blair he
should be branded as a war criminal and sent to
The Hague.
