in Number of Physicians on Line A survey
released by Healtheon Corporation May 7, 1999
showed 1. 85 of US physicians are Internet
users, an increase of 875 increase over
1997! 2. 63 of doctors surveyed used Email
daily and 33 used Email to communicate with
patients, a 20 increase in three months.
Doctor/patient Email use was unmeasurable in
1997.
