we examined our overall financial performance - The results were disappointing
- We needed conduct quality and ethical clinical
research, while - Increasing our productivity
- Decreasing our administrative processes
- Practicing enhanced financial diligence
9St. Paul Heart Research Division
- So, we asked
- What tasks can we eliminate?
- What activities can we automate?
- What can we do to make your job more efficient?
- How do we run clinical research like a business?
- The results and ideas were intriguing
