  • Has the ability to work in closed and open
    circuit with our LT range, eg. LT1213, LT1110,
    LT105, LT200HP

Side Product Conveyors

Product Conveyor

  • Advantages of 352
  • Product conveyor and screen move together
    linked through and adjustable trestle allows
    quicker set up on site.
  • Rubber skirting between subframe and product
    conveyor remains in position at all times due to
    hinge point position.
  • On 1400 the product conveyor and subframe move
    independently, slower to set up into the working
    position and the rubber skirting needs to be
    fixed in position each time there is a large
    change in screen working angle.
  • Because of the trestle system on the ST352, the
    product conveyor can be detached from the
    subframe to give maximum access to the btm. deck
    of the screen, for mesh change and belt
    replacement.
  • Quality components (SKF, Danfoss) -gt Reliability,
    lifetime, performance, less downtime
  • All rollers are coated heavy duty sealer
    arrangement-gt Less damage due to moisture and
    dirt while stored in transport position

  • Hydraulic System
  • By using a variable displacement pump in
    conjunction with Danfoss valves we have the
    ability to vary the speed and start up sequence
    on components as required.
  • This also provides (gives us allot) more
    flexibility on site to solve issues with
    difficult applications.
  • Powerscreen 1400
  • The engine has a mechanical governor and the
    speed has to be manually controlled.
  • Engine speed will drop as the process load
    increases-gt big drop in power
  • All manual valves
  • Gear pumps will be less efficient especially when
    the hydraulic oil heats
  • As the hydraulic oil heats the speed on the
    screen will drop causing the screen to go out of
    balance
  • Poor access to batteries
  • Poor access for servicing
  • Main conveyor would have to be removed prior to
    an engine removal
  • Service side of the engine is difficult to access
  • Control centre is very basic oil pressure light
    and hour meter

  • IC300 PLC System
  • One button to start and stop the process
  • Complete control of the screening process to
    maintain maximum capacity Input through a
    series of speed and pressure sensors
  • The SmartScreentmsystem will vary the process
    based on a series of inputs from the machine, for
    example,
  • 1 Load on the screen and screen speed it will
    maintain correct bed depth on screen at all times
  • 2 Load on the main conveyor
  • 3 Load on the product conveyors
  • 4 Hydraulic oil temp
  • Ability to link the ST control system to that of
    an LT, or another ST as a primary or secondary
    unit. More than 2 units can also be linked
    together.
  • Reduction in labourforce do to automated process
  • System errors displayed on screen easier to
    diagnose a problem on site
  • Ability to store a set of parameters based on an
    application
  • Program can be updated to make use of new
    additional features
  • Four pre-set programs for different materials
