On-line Audit

• The benefits
• Each audit will be scored and graded
  appropriately.
• A copy of the audit will be available to the site
  within 48 hours of the audit taking place.
• At the end of each audit the site management team
  will be debriefed and all the salient points of
  the audit will be discussed.
• The format of the audit report will clearly
  identify the areas of non-compliance, what action
  is required and why.
• Each non-conformance will receive a score, a
  further deduction will be applied if the
  non-conformance is likely to result in formal
  action by an enforcement body and a higher level
  deduction will be applied if the non-conformance
  is likely to result in imminent danger or
  potential prosecution.
• Where serious issues arise that are of an
  immediate concern, Shieldyourself will provide an
  alert service to Head Office on the day of the
  audit and recommend any suitable course of action
  that needs to be taken.

End of Round Review Report
Auditors Shieldyourself auditors are subject to
a rigorous selection process. Audit quality and
consistency is constantly reviewed in conjunction
with our commitment to the pursuit of excellence
as externally verified by Excellence North. The
audits will be conducted by suitably competent
Environmental Health Practitioners.
Content of the report The report will detail the
legal table, common issues, break down of scores
per brand, break down of scores per area manager
etc. The document is a full summary report and
will be available within 5 days of the final
audit. Shieldyourself will be delighted to meet
with you to discuss the overall summary of the
audits, highlighting any trends and particular
concerns that have arisen.
