  who have been in ministry less than ten years
  were significantly older when they were ordained
  (average age of 37) than those who have been in

  32 (non P.K.s) and 31 (P.K.s) when they were
  ordained, and those in ministry 21 to 30 years
  were, on average ordained at age 28 (non-P.K.s)
  and 25 (P.K.s).
