Bollinger Bands
  • What are the bands
  • Two standard deviations from stock price moving
    average for a variety of days.
  • The basic idea is that on average, over time,
    prices will return to their average.
  • This is one faucet of Technical Analysis and
    should be used alongside Fundamental analysis as
    well as other technical indicators.
