• ARC is different than MC or GC
• Attendance is open to anyone
• Some limit on participation of non-OCLC Members
• All OCLC Members (institutions) have voting
  rights
• Elect representatives to Global Council

• Serve as incubators of new ideas
• Act as a two-way conduit to allow the broadest,
  most inclusive conversation among OCLC staff and
  Members
• Encourage participation of Memory Institutions
