Disability Discrimination Act (1995)
  • 4.7 of students declare a disability
  • 10 of 16-24 year olds are disabled
  • 18 of working population are disabled
  • Disabled people up to 7 times more likely to be
    unemployed than non-disabled people
  • Disabled graduates no more likely to be
    unemployed than non-disabled graduates
  • Disabled graduates more likely to be in clerical,
    manual or sales occupations
