We paid full price on a recent project before it
was pressure tested. When tested, it leaked. Now
the bridge contractor, the utility contractor
and DOT are sorting out repair or replacement via
the claims process. The best thing to do is pay
nothing until testing is complete. There does
not appear to be a way to repair the line, so if
it leaks, what is in the ground is no good.
