    more than just the basic RYLA Camp.
  • Students were selected from the RYLA basic camp
    to attend a new program.

  • Students were evaluated at the Advanced Seminar
    for a new program
  • THE COLLEGE MENTORING PROGRAM
  • Objective and subjective evaluations used.
  • The highest ranking were selected for the college
    mentoring program

  • Six to eight students are selected each year for
    the College mentoring program
  • The total number of the students in the college
    mentoring program currently is 22.
  • The College Mentoring program is a four year
    program. ( Five if the student was selected when
    they were a junior in high school.)

  • The students are required to sign a contact
  • stating that they will
  • Attend a yearly seminar
  • Assist in the RYLA basic camp
  • Join or help start a Rotaract chapter
  • Report to their sponsoring Club every year

  • Generally the mentor is a Rotarian who has the
    same vocational classification the student is
    seeking
