Greetings Brothers! We know you have a lot on
your plates with the holidays, finals, and our
national convention coming up. However, we
thought wed give you an update on the progress
of Sectionals. This years theme is Outdoor
Adventures with APO. We feel this theme embodies
the spirit of Alpha Phi Omega while still holding
true to our sections heritage, as well as
acknowledging Earth Day, which occurs on the day
of our service project.. Weve reserved a block
of rooms at the Days Inn in Princeton, WV, which
is located about 15 minutes away from Concords
campus. The rooms cost 63.90 per night - make
sure you indicate that you are with Alpha Phi
Omega when you call to reserve your room. The
phone number is [phone]. We will be
providing dinner on Saturday night in the form of
a semi-formal awards banquet. This means,
although you dont have to wear a dress or a
suit, we would appreciate it if you could dress
business casual. Saturday morning, Alpha
Epsilon Eta will be hosting a pancake breakfast
at Applebees. We encourage you to attend all
you can eat for 5.00. However, this is optional.
A list of local food establishments will be
provided at a later date. Enclosed you will
find registration forms. We encourage you to send
these back ASAP. The price will go up after March
2nd.
