Appreciation To All Our Renewals this Month
Jared, Sheila, Kenny, Ben, Jimmy Cathleen We
are very pleased with your progress and we
believe that you possess the right ingredients to
develop into an individual with the discipline
and perseverance that is needed to help you
through any challenges in your future. You know
that it is important that you continue your
training and become an even better and more
developed individual. We appreciate your
rededication to your character development and
physical fitness in Tae Kwon Do. Tae Kwon Do is
not a sport, hobby, or occasional pastime---it is
a way of life!
Health Tip EATING DURING THE SCHOOL DAY Most
schools regularly send schedules of cafeteria
menus home. With this advance information, you
can plan on packing lunch on the days when the
main course is one your child prefers not to
eat. Try to get your child's school to stock
healthy choices in the vending machines.  Vending
machines choices can also be modified to provide
healthy snacks that include more fresh fruit and
low-fat dairy products, as well as water and 100
percent fruit juice instead of sodas. Each
12-ounce soft drink contains approximately 10
teaspoons of sugar and 150 calories. Drinking
just one can of soda a day increases a child's
risk of obesity by 60. Restrict your child's
soft drink consumption. For more info, check

Our Mission Our job is to make people more
successful. We recognize that each job in our
day-to-day operation contributes to the success
of others. We pledge ourselves to the pursuit of
excellence. By consistent example, we develop a
passion for the excellence in others. Where
others are content, we are hungry. Where others
are discouraged, we see opportunity. Where
others quit, we persist. Where others criticize,
we participate. Where others have chosen small
lives, our passion for love, happiness and
achievement is without limit.
