Who are we? Established since 1996 and is wholly
owned by its employees. Starting with just 4
staff, we now enjoy a turnover in excess of 12
million, 25 staff, and in addition to our
corporate clients, we also have a range of marine
and offshore clients handled by a dedicated
desk. We only employ expert staff experienced in
fare construction, ticketing and in depth
knowledge of the market place We run an
efficient operation from our City location
relying on technology and dedicated staff to run
an effective 24hr operation. The average ticket
price paid by BJB Clients is therefore
lower than that paid when booking through other
agents, and we are able to guarantee
it! Typically, BJB Clients are offered 20-30
savings off their travel spend.

    of your expenditure is on Long Haul Travel in
    Premium Cabins.

    large number of low value transactions.

  • You have the option of choosing either scheme,
    both with our guarantee that after your first
    years trading we will analyse your travel
    expenditure and fees paid using your chosen
    scheme and compare it against what you would have
    paid using the other charging option. If it would
    have been cheaper, we will refund the difference.

Accounting Matters You have a choice of a BJB
credit account or American Express or Diners
Lodge Cards Our own credit facilities allow for
credit until the 12th of the following month
after issue. Our accounts department can tailor
invoices to suit your own individual
requirements Refunds are actioned immediately
etickets are quicker We will always attempt to
expedite refunds but have to adhere to airline
payment procedures Items queried and disputed on
your behalf.
